MY  PROCESS

Mood boards and Pinterest references to start developing a feel for the space.

Referring to the Bute Theatre and Maria Young Vic dimensions -  visiting each other spaces to get a feel for possibilities.

Experimenting with the space through white card model making.

Experimenting with colour in models on SketchUp and finalising design.

Creating accurate CAD drawings for construction to use in production.

Creating Pinterest boards for each character and using Procreate for digital renderings. 

Printing CAD drawings on the Lazer cutter to cut model pieces. Assembling the model and painting with scenic textures.

Creating google slides for scenic textures and prop references. 

PRODUCTION

Costing, sourcing, fittings, shoe dyeing, t-shirt gem design.

Approving samples, overseeing production and weathering final set pieces.

overseeing set dressing, touching up set in the paint call and liaising with the director about any changes.
